The resort’s infrastructure begins at the valley station in Hintertux. Free daytime parking is available both outdoors and in two underground car parks. Eight charging points are provided for electric vehicles. Travellers using public transport can take the Zillertal Railway to Mayrhofen and continue by bus to the glacier lifts. Additional ski buses operate in the Tux Valley during winter.
Ski rental shops, sports stores and ski schools have several locations in the valley, with some services also available directly in the ski area. The modern Glacier Bus cable cars provide efficient access to the high-altitude slopes. The new 10-person Tuxer Ferner gondola is set to further improve the connection between Sommerberg and Tuxer Fernerhaus from the 2026/27 season.
