  • Après Ski at the base
  • Diverse nightlife
  • Live music in the mountain huts
  • Big events
  • Great variety of mountain huts and umbrella bars

One of the world's top 5 après ski areas!

Fun fact: the original Après Ski feeling is really only to be found in Austrian ski resorts. But even in Austria you only have a handful of good locations which provide the perfect party atmosphere from dusk till dawn. Sölden is without a doubt one of those places. During the day there are numerous rustic mountain huts and restaurants that still your hunger and quench your thirst, such as the „Hühnersteign“ in Rettenbachtal valley or the „Gampe Thaya“ at the ski run from the Giggijoch in the direction of the tollgate. At nearly all the Après Ski huts and bars you will hear loud music and feel a party vibe, during the day as well as late in the afternoon. Last stop before reaching the valley is a place called "Philipp", just above Sölden im Innerwald. Things can get “pretty wild” in there. The advantage: you don't have to renounce alcohol and can treat yourself to two or three beers because there is a gondola to take you back to the valley. When all the lifts and slopes have closed the real party begins. All you need to do is walk down the long main street to find various possibilities for another drink or some dancing. You could stop by the umbrella bar at "Hotel Sunny" or at “Dominic”. There is a place called “Fire&Ice” which is considered especially trendy and it is located directly on main street. At “Mirage” (Showgirls) the party usually continues until the late morning hours. Bare skin can be seen during later hours at the nightclub “Rodelhütte”.

For après-ski lovers, Sölden is a paradise. In the valley there are numerous bars, nightclubs,... but also in the ski area can be celebrated. There are also regular major events, such as concerts in the ski resort and on the glacier.
