Off-piste runs at “Gotcha” chairlift and two terrain parks!

With Australia´s most accessible rail park at the top of “The Village” chairlift) combined with runs like Gun Barrel and The Canyon (see trail map), Hotham offers the type of riding that boarders get teary-eyed about. There is another terrain park at the Hull Bridge waiting for snowboarders and freeskiers. If you are new to the snowboard we recommend using the free bus shuttle service to Big D Express where you have access to two very easy slopes and a magic carpet lift. Freestylers will be enthused by a great service that hothom offers its visitors. The best freestylers among the boarders should definitely take the helicopter which takes you within 6 minutes to Falls Creek (the best freestyle resort in Australia). An extra fee must be paid for the helicopter, but the lifts at Falls Creek are accessible on the same lift pass. For those who want to try something different we recommend to book the Snow Kiting under the guidance of Hotham´s professional instructors.
