13 lifts at Hotham give access to 320ha of skiable terrain

Mt Hotham is among the five largest ski resorts in Australia (Perisher Blue, Mt Buller, Falls Creek, Mt Hotham and Thredbo) and features some very good runs for advanced skiers. Try the intermediate slopes Rambo´s Revenge, Australia Drift or the pretty long Sun Run to start your day on the slopes. Once you feel confident on the slopes it is time to discover some of the more difficult runs. But be careful, the terrain around the Heavenly Valley chairlift, including the partly ungroomed runs “The Canyon“, “Race Gully“ and „Black Snake“ are only for those who are strong of leg, lung and courage. If you plan a longer stay at Mt Hotham we recommend to pay an extra fee that offers you a flight on the helicopter to Falls Creek (50 km of groomed slopes) and back. Falls Creek is accessible with the same lift pass.
