Breckenridge – one of the best boarding resorts in the world!

A total of 5 terrain parks and four half-pipes are one of the reasons Beckenridge obtained the highest mark possible in the snowboarding category. “County Bay”, “Eldorado” and “Gold King” are the well sounding names of the three terrain parks located at Peak 9. However we especially enjoyed the newly developed “Park Progression System” at Peak 8. Apart from the world-famous expert “Superpark” there is a terrain park featuring easier obstacles for less skilled riders in the “air & style” department. Perfect for developing new skills! Free-riders and powder-fans also get their moneys worth at Beckenridge. Excellent free-ride terrain is located at “Chair 6” and below the Peak 7 peak (details see expert category). Those among the riders that prefer the groomed to the ungroomed trails have an abundance of slopes to choose from at Peak 8 and Peak 9. Beckenridge more than deserves excellent 5 stars in the snowboarding category.
