Beautiful beginner areas at the Peak 8 and Peak 9 bases!

A glance at the trail map reveals that Beckenridge features only few very easy trails (earmarked green). The majority of the gentle terrain is located around the “Quick Silver Super 6 Chair” at Peak 9. For instance the “Soverthorne” and “Red Rover” trails, very long descents where beginners can test their newly acquired skills. Novice skiers that dispose of the skiing basics can also venture into the intermediate terrain ( earmarked blue) at Peak 9 and at Peak 8. Peak 8 also features some nice practicing slopes like the“Dyersville”, “Twister” and “Springmeier”. The terrain at Peak 7 is more challenging and not recommendable for unskilled skiers. Peak 10 is home to very demanding, mostly expert terrain and should be left to very skilled skiers and boarders only.
