Plenty of intermediate terrain in Falls Creek!

Falls Creek is home to 50km of groomed slopes! Intermediate level terrain makes out more than half of the terrain! If you prefer cruising and enjoying the alpine mountain scenery we recommend the slopes South Face or Big Dipper next to the Ruined Castle chairlift. When snow conditions are good (mainly in high season) there are some pretty demanding slopes and many spine tingling off-piste descents next to the Summit chairlift. If you don´t mind that terrain is not as ample as for example in Thredbo, Falls Creek is a great ski resort also for advanced skiers. If you long to stay on the mountain longer or if you want to discover more terrain, don`t hesitate to take the “Heli Link” (extra fee!). Step into the helicopter and get to Mt Hotham within 7 minutes (it takes nearly three hours to go there by car). At Mt Hotham you will find a whole new resort to explore on the same ski ticket. A must do in Falls Creek is cross-country skiing! You will certainly love sliding through the very scenic Bogong National Park! Not without good reason is the small alpine village famous for its beautiful trails ranging from 1km to 20km.
