The physical well-being is well taken care of on the Wurzeralm. Most of the refreshment stops are located directly at the top station of the funicular railroad. Here, for example, the Wurzeralm self-service mountain restaurant or the rustic Wiederlechnerhütte await you. The Bärenhütte Wurzeralm at the valley station of the Gammering lift is also cozy. The ski hut has the flair of a log cabin and attracts numerous guests with its sun terrace, especially in good weather. Overall, however, the restaurants are concentrated in the basin around the Wurzeralm. There are no huts in the upper area of the slopes. The prices for food and drinks are somewhat below the level of larger ski resorts.
