Beautiful practicing area right below the Restaurant at the base

The makers of the “The Remarkables” ski resort created the novice area very cleverly. The magic carpet and the tow lift are situated right below the sundeck of the restaurant at the base. Parents can watch their kids practice while drinking a cappuccino relaxing in the sun and enjoying the beautiful panorama. If the kids aren’t new to snow-sports the entire family can explore the gentle and intermediate terrain around the “Sugar Bowl Chair”. However the very difficult freeride descents at the “Shadow Basin Chair” are a no-go area for families as the terrain is simply to demanding for kids. If parents want to venture into the difficult grounds the offspring is better off with the “Snowsports School” where they are taken care of by trained staff!
