One thirs of Snowbird`s terrain is novice friendly!

Snowbird provides beginners with excellent conditions. The “Chickadee” chair at the foot of the “Aerial Tram” gondola is solely a beginners lift which accesses only gentle beginner terrain. The “Chikadee Trail” and the “Chickadee Loop” for instance are the two beautiful and broad novice trails which guarantee a fun and safe introduction to snow-sports! If you have successfully conquered the beginner area we recommend transferring to the “Mid-Gad Lift” which accesses the “Big Emma Trail”. A gentle slope which soley challenges due to its length. Transferring from easy to intermediate terrain is also not too problematic at Snowbird. However the resort is actually dedicated to intermediate and expert skiers and therefore obtains 3 out of 5 stars in the beginner category.
