      Familiy friendly prices!

Loveland is without doubt a low(er) priced possibility to spend a family skiing holiday in the Rocky Mountains. Prises for lift-tickets as well as food and beverages are among the least expensive in the Colorado ski resorts! The local ski school in “Loveland Valley” offers numerous day-care programmes – needless to say… for a fair price, so parents can spend care-free days exploring Loveland`s intermediate (blue) and challenging (black) terrain. If families want to spend the day on the slopes together it is recommendable that the kids dispose of at least the basic skiing or boarding skills (only 13% of Loveland`s terrain is classifies as “easy”). Loveland unfortunately lacks a kids park and magic carpet lift. However excellent terrain for undertaking “first steps” on skis or board is the practicing slope at “Chair 7”. But keep in mind that kids should be accompanied by parents or a skiing instructor when using the chair lift that takes the “newcomers” up and around the slope. Due to the reasonable prices and the excellent programmes offered by the local ski school we award Loveland with 4 out 5 stars in the “Family Category”!
