Loveland features 41 % of intermediate terrain

With its 512 hectares of skiable terrain, Loveland is certainly not among the largest ski resorts in Colorado. However the friendly ski resort in Denver`s proximity, featuring 92 trails, offers skilled skiers quite some diversion. We can even recommend a longer stay in Loveland. The nicest trails for skilled skiers are located at „Chair 1“. The intermediate trails “Nix Nox” and “Richard`s Run” are perfectly suitable for drawing some nice carving trails into the snow. The difficult runs “Cat`s Meow” and “Busy Gully” will challenge even good winter athletes. Nice intermediate terrain is located all over the resort. Furthermore the resort features solely chair lifts, a most comfortable way to get up and around the mountain! Loveland definitely deserves our “Top for intermediate skiers” award as they were able to obtain excellent 4,5 out of 5 stars in the intermediate skier category.
