Numerous Magic Carpet lifts and charming obstacles guarantee a playful and convenient introduction to snow-sports. A further family advantage is the fact that the beginners area can be easily reached by car as the ample parking spaces are only few meters away. Families who prefer to explore the ski resort without the help of a professional ski instructor have only to overcome easy or intermediate level terrain which makes the day on the slopes fun and feasible for all family members. We especially recommend the very long easy trails B15 and B14 located right at the Stubnerkogel Gondola which leads right into Bad Gastein Valley. Intermediate skiers and riders should definitely not miss out on the B11 trail which takes you from the Stubnerkogel to the “Skizentrum Angertal”. All in all a perfect family destination rewarded with our very best mark: 10 points!
