Ski Resort Upgrades in Ischgl
The 2025/26 winter season launches in Ischgl with several spectacular upgrades: Two state-of-the-art 8-seater D-Line chairlifts, the Höllbodenbahn C1 and Sassgalunbahn C3, will begin operation right at season start. A third lift, the Höllkarbahn C2, will follow for the 2026/27 season.
The new lifts set new standards in comfort with heated seats, weather protection bubbles, and the innovative AURO system for automatic boarding and exit monitoring. With themed chair backs, photovoltaic modules on station roofs, and sustainable reuse of the old lifts, Silvrettaseilbahn AG demonstrates exemplary commitment to design and environmental responsibility.
The old Höllbodenbahn gets a second life and will be commissioned this season as the new "Familienglück" lift at the nearby See ski resort. This makes Ischgl a prime example of sustainable resource management.
