Powder touring skis with a 3D radius sidecut for stunning downhill performance.
The Rise Beyond 96 is available in five different lengths. With its tip rocker, the widest model in our touring collection delivers fantastic flotation, even on the softest powder descents. A hybrid, multi-layer wood core in combination with a carbon tip shovel enables a very light (<1,262 g @ 170 cm) and resilient build, which makes these skis a reliable partner on long ascents. Thanks to its 3D radius construction, this lively ski is a pleasure to use on wide, open powder turns and in narrow passages where agility is required. The Smart Skin Clip attachment system is compatible with both Fibre Tech and Smart Glue skins.

Multilayer Woodcore Light 1
The Multilayer Woodcore Light consists of hard wood in the center area around the screws and very light, slotted wood in the outer zone. In the alpine range the models benefit from the weight reduction and allow very sporty turns and speeds.
Smart Skinclip
The newly developed Smart Skinclip system allows the ski tourer to decide for himself, depending on the situation, in which direction he should pull the skin on and off.
Tip Rocker
Character: Only bends upwards in the shovel area, while the middle and tail of the ski feature a camber shape.
Woodcore
Special PU construction with a wooden core in the ski body.

At the 2023/2024 WorldSkitest the skis were closely evaluated in the category „Touring Men 2“. Tester opinion: "The "Rise Beyond 96" is the next top model that won over our testers in almost all criteria. Only the skin handling was perceived by our testers as a bit more troublesome and thus rated lower, otherwise the "Völkl" would be found even further ahead in the ranking. All in all, this touring model will be fun for all those who like to switch between long and short turns and who can compensate for the somewhat lacking smoothness with their technique."
