Most of the slopes are not suitable for beginners!

At the base of Saas-Fee are the practice slopes (lifts C,D,E), which are perfect for beginning skiers and snowboarders. The slopes surrounding the Mittaghorn tow (lift N) also belong to the „blue“ category, and can safely be taken on by beginners. Unfortunately, most of the red trails in the ski area are very challenging and could present too great of a challenge for less-practiced skiers. If you are a beginner and would like to attempt these slopes, you might want to make your first stop the ski school, located directly at the base at Saas-Fee.

The lifts in the village are great for children. Morenia or the glacier are the next steps for beginners, which can be easily managed.
