Review Rauris: Average Snow Conditions

The ski resort is situated at a height of 2.175 meters (7135 ft) and a good 80% of the terrain is groomed with artificial snow. However, the machines are not always up and running, seeing as in the higher areas snow is usually sufficiently provided for. Sadly when there hasn't been enough snowfall at the beginning of the season, visitors often have to ski and snowboard without the black marked slope. This is absolutely reasonable, however, athletic and professional skiers no longer have a black marked slope at their disposal.
