Perisher Blue – The best choice in Australia?

Concerning lift facilities, Perisher Blue is in the pole position. There´s no doubt about it. With 50 lifts and more than 1200ha of skiable terrain, Perisher Blue is unrivalled in Australia. However the Snowy Mountains rrise only to approx. 2200m therefore the slopes are pretty short and mostly gentle due to Australia’s topography at Perisher Blue. That´s why beginners and families will have an unforgettable stay on the mountains at Perisher Blue. Snowboarder also get their moneys worth as they can choose between terrain parks of all levels of difficulty or run the biggest half-pipe in Australia. The adjacent Thredbo Ski Resort is the only skiing-area in Australia featuring steeper and longer descents. Hence experts should be sure to visit both Perisher Blue and Thredbo during their stay in the Snowy Mountains. And when you like to party all night long, Jindabyne is the best place to book your accommodation especially on weekends.
