“Kronplatz” – Definitely one of the nicest resorts of South Tyrol!

The resort at the “Kronplatz” is a wonderful allround skiing area. With its 25 category blue, 12 category red and 5 category black runs “Kronplatz” gets great scores in every tested category. In the categories “Advanced” and “Family” the resort even reaches the top score. Only demerit is the ski-lift-facilities that are dominated by gondolas instead of a chair-lift here and there. Even for really short distances gondolas are the only means of transportation (e.g. 300 m/ “Cianrossgondola”). After almost every run riders have to take off their skiers or snowboards.

Consistently beautiful Slopes, super Piste Preparation, sometimes long waiting times, too few Chairlifts, almost only Gondolas (Buckling Always necessary)-Super Valley descents, good huts, slopes o... Read complete review

      You have to see
Our first visit to South Tyrol and certainly not the last! Great slopes, great huts, great people. Only après-ski is better in Ischgl or Sölden. But the rest can certainly keep up. We'll be back!
