From easy leisure trails on Après Vous Mountain to sweat-inducing powder slopes in Rendezvous Bowl!

With over 1000 hectares of skiable terrain (93 miles/150km of trails), the Jackson Hole ski area is one of the USA's largest. The possibilities and variety are endless for intermediate skiers. If it's well-groomed, not-too-steep carving slopes you're looking for, your first destination in the morning should be the Werner and Moran trails off of the Apres Vous chair lift. Then you can head over to the steeper slopes below the Bridger Gondola. We particularly enjoyed Gros Ventre, which leads back into the valley from the upper terminal of the Bridger Gondola, and is one of the longest trails in the ski area. If those aren't challenging enough for you, you can hit the even steeper (if also shorter) moguls Paint Brush, Tower Three Chute and Hoops Gap off the Thunder chairlift. But don't take the Tram to the peak of Rendezvous unless you are a strong powder skier who has no problem with difficult mogul slopes. There are no groomed slopes from the top leading back to the valley.
