Comprehensive snowmaking and powder paradise

The ski area is located at an altitude of up to 2,400 meters and is quite snow-sure. Hochfügen in particular is known for its great deep snow and is therefore becoming increasingly popular with freeriders. Should the snow ever fail to arrive, the slopes in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area can be completely covered with artificial snow, so that the ski season can usually start at the beginning of December and last until early/mid-April. However, it is possible that the valley runs to Aschau and Kaltenbach are not yet or no longer open at the beginning or end of the season.
