In Adelboden Swiss Marc Berthod and his team mate Daniel Albrecht have captured a Swiss double ahead of Hannes Reichelt from Austria in the giant slalom on the "Chuenisbaergli".
Berthod sets fastest time in the second run
In front of a huge enchanted audience, the 24-year-old skier from St. Moritz who had already finished third in Alta Badia the month before stormed down the hill in the second run and showed a remarkable performance so that nobody was able to beat the time of the forth of the first run.
Swiss skiers ahead of all
As team mate Daniel Albrecht made it to the second place by only 56 hundredths of a second behind Berthod that day the competition hadn´t become more successful for the Swiss team. Only two hundredths behind Albrecht, Hannes Reichelt made sure the third place for Austria. Christoph Gruber (AUT) and Manfred Moelgg (ITA) completed the top five.
