The Ski Resort
Trollhaugen Ski Area is located northeast of the twin cities Minneapolis and St Paul. It is a great family area offering fun for everyone. Trails for all ability levels spread on a terrain of 36 hectares. Easy beginner trails, intermediate cruisers and challenging expert runs - Trollahugen has them all! The Snowsports School offers lessons for both young and old snow enthusiasts. If you´re older than 13 and you purchase a lift and rental ticket you´ll even receive a beginner lessons for FREE! Besides ski and snowboard lessons there are also terrain park lessons available. Learn how to ride rails and hit jumps by an expert and soon you´ll call the park your home. Moreover, Trollhaugen´s snowtubing hill offers chutes with varied levels of rollers. A lift will give you a ride up for your next turn. If you like sledding you will love snowtubing! Cross country fans can ski on 2.5 km of tracks groomed for both classic and skating style. The trails are lit at night so you can also enjoy the serenity of the trails after sunset.
