The Ski Resort

Spirit Mountain is a ski resort widely known for its long winters. It is tucked in the mountains high above the town of Duluth. Due to its location you´ll get picturesque views of the lake, the town and its harbor. The view at night is especially stunning and makes Spirit Mountain one of the top destinations for night skiing. Yet, also at daytime you´ll spend an amazing day on the trails and slopes of Spirit Mountain. The skiable terrain totals 70 hectares on which 22 runs, two terrain parks with a super pipe and seven lifts spread out. At Spirit Mountain the main lodge resides not in the base area but on top of the mountain and so does the beginner area. Combine your learning experience with exceptional views! Staff at the Ski School will teach you the proper techniques so you can hit the trails and slopes well prepared. A slow skiing area goes all the way down to the base so you can enjoy the full mountain even as a beginner. Yet, this doesn´t mean there is nothing for more advanced skiers and riders. Spirit Mountain offers plenty of intermediate and expert trails that are waiting for you to be explored!  Furthermore, there are 22 km of Nordic trails available. Get away from the crowds and enjoy pristine nature! Go and start planning your holiday at Spirit Mountain today and spend a holiday to be remembered!
