    A Beginner's Paradise

No matter if you are a seasoned skier or just venturing onto nursery slopes with the kids, Silver Star is one of those ski resorts to cater for every ability level and its progressive terrain is perfect for learning. Despite the fact that it is a hot spot for an all-round vacation and as a ski destination for families, intermediates and experts as well, Silver Star sits up with the best. By offering daycare, kids group lessons and private lessons, and even more winter activities, Silver Star Mountain Resort will keep your kids busy all day and tire them out to the fullest. First-timers will love the magic carpets!

    Progressive Terrain at Silver Star

Even adults find their ski legs in dedicated learning areas close to the village. The will find many easy slopes on the Front Side of the mountain, such as Main Street Skiway, of which plenty of blue runs with varied terrain branch off. Ski novices and unskilled skiers better keep away off The Dark Side. Although, there are several designated blue and green runs, like Sunny Rider, this part of the ski area focuses more on intermediate and advanced skiers who are into conquering black diamond runs over there.

    Beginner Runs and Activities

What's more is that each and every lift services at least one designated green run, which means that Silver Star does not have a cluster of true novice runs, rather green runs are spread out across the mountain and you can improve your skills off of every lift. Moreover, Silver Star has an abundance of winter activities apart from skiing. Keep smiles with everyone's faces with snow tubing, ice skating, fat biking, cross-country skiing or snowshoe tours.
