Beautiful ski resort for beginners off the beaten (alpine) tracks!

The Winter Sports Center Feldberg offers novices a convenient introduction to snow sports. Many of Feldbergs facilities are very beginner friendly. Especially the slopes at the Seebuck (1448m) are perfect grounds to take first attempts at skiing or riding. Don’t let indications of intermediate terrain (red) on the trail map confuse you. The entire terrain at the Seebuck is gentle and very broad and just perfect for inexperienced skiers and riders. If you are not a total newcomer to snow sports the Grafenmatte Trail 8 and the very nice Rothaus Trail 9 are recommendable. However the ascent is less comfortable as there is no chair lift facility but only a tow lift. The Feldberg is also home to several ski schools which are located at the base of the sextuple chair at Seebuck or at the base at Grafenmatt.

The ski areas Grafenmatt and Seebuck are well suited for beginners.

For complete beginners, only the lower range at grafenmatt is actually suitable.Once you somehow get down a hang there are quickly significantly more possibilities

The side of the sevices is well suited for beginners, as wide pistes. But only skiing-please do not expect a service.Counts Matt-side also for beginners, but not so wide pistes. Good services.Ski School offer must be OK, at least many of them were always on the road.
