Unfortunately no kids-park
The great advantage for Families with small kids is the large quantity of easy terrain to be found at the Kitzsteinhorn as well as the fact that it is clearly laid out. More than 50 % of the skiable terrain there is of easy (earmarked blue) level. Taking the first steps on skis or snowboard there is quite convenient. To start the ski-day in a relaxed and fun manner we recommend families the two practice slopes at the Lechnerberglifts above Kaprun or the subarea Maiskogel. It’s a pity though that a kidspark or other attractions for kids can not be found at the Kitzsteinhorn. That’s why we can’t award the ski resort more than 3.5 stars.
