„Heiligenblut“ at the „Großglockner“ – Always worth a skiing vacation!

The tranquil village „Heiligenblut“ at the „Großglockner“ has plenty to offer to winter sports athletes. The 55 kilometers of skiable terrain provide something for riders from every skill level. The mostly up-to-date ski lift facilities see to a comfortable up-hill transportation. Slopes are always well groomed and artifical snowmaking facilities (e.g. base area descent Nr. 10) make the resort snow safe way into springtime. Another highlight oft he skiing area is its breathtaking location. The Carynthian mountains and the view of about 30 threethousand meters mountaintops, among them the 3798 meters high „Großglockner“ are more than impressing. All in all one can say that the skiing resort „Heiligenblut“ is definitely worth a one or more-day trip!
