World Cup atmosphere in March
The grand finale of the Ski World Cup will take place in the Lillehammer region. The women's and men's slalom and giant slalom events are scheduled for March 24 and 25 in Hafjell.
The Ski Resort
The Hafjell ski resort near Lillehammer is particularly popular for beginners and families due to its large number of blue runs. There are 26 kilometers of slopes available here. You can even ski down from the highest point of the ski resort all the way down to the valley on blue and green (very easy) runs.
However, there are also a few challenging slopes that host the Ski World Cup.
