Snowboarding paradise due to spectaculat freestyle and free ride opportunities!
We are letting the cat out of the bag right away. Flims Laax Falera leaves nothing to be desired for snowboarders. The truly gigantic “Monsterpipe” offers unequalled opportunities. Next to the monsterpipe the boarder park is situated right by the “Crap Sogn Gion” featuring even a ski lift. Here snowboarders are among their kind. The park provides every thing one needs to unfold ones true freestyle abilities like boxes, rails, rainbowrails and various kickers. A boarder cross course is also to be found. From the „Café No Name“ one has an excellent view of the entire park therefore the location is frequented by many boarders. Also during glacier season the boarders are provided with a funpark and a “monsterpipe”, situated on the Vorabgletscher. In the free ride category Flims Laax Falera features 40 km of ungroomed terrain. Especially recommendable are the free ride runs 70, 71 at the “Cassons”, the run 76 at “la Siala” and the run 77 at the Vorabglacier. So it’s no surprise this beautiful ski resort receives our highest mark of 5 stars in the snowboarders category.
