Kids and family paradise!
The skiresort features a kids park at the bases in Flims, in Laax and in Falera and therefore caters excellently to the athletic families needs. In Laax the kids will love the coulorful figures decorationg the kidspark. Especially recommendable for families with beginning skiers is the village Flims. In Flims close to the bases quite a few lifts next to easy and intermediate slopes are to be found. Due to the high uphill capacity hardly any waiting times occur. Therefore families will find true recreation and fun days on the slopes even during high season. Ski schools can be found at all three bases. Beginners tow lifts with little Steigung are situated at the “Naraus” and at the “Crap Sogn Gion”. However in the skiresort there are quite a view transferring trails and slope crossings so watch out for the little ones! In addition the ski resort very big and not too clearly laid out therefore parents should keep an eye n their kids at all times. Families should also make sure to get back to the right base on time. If one misses the last gondola one can use the ski buses operating between Flims, Laax and Falera. The Toboggan trails in Falera and Flims cater to families who prefer toboggan to skiing or who simply want to take a break from the slopes. Chairlifts get the toboggan fans and their sleighs (sleighs can be rented)up the mountain.
