In Italy, apres-ski stands for comfort and dining, and it's no different at Breuil-Cervinia Valtournenche, which might explain why a „short lunch break“ often turns into an all-out afternoon feast. Chances are also good (thanks to the southern location) that visitors will be able to catch some rays on one of the many tanning terraces at the resort. So it's really not surprising that some skiers find it a bit difficult, with a full stomach and a long morning of skiing behind them, to tear themselves away from the lounge chairs.
