„Andermatt“ – Something for every taste!

The skiing resort „Andermatt“ has something to offer for riders and skiers of all skill levels. Intermediate winter athletes however will get the most out of a stay at this resort. Apart from the outdated ski lift facilities „Andermatt“ with ist numerous demanding slopes can certainly be recommended for a day-trip. Families will enjoy the clear structure and the calm and stressfree atmosphere of the resort. Combined with the very versatile runs you’re offered „Andermatt“ is a recommendable destination for a family skiing vacation. The fun park is ideal for beginners in the "Air & Style" department. Expert skiers and riders who prefer groomed to ungroomed tarrain however could feel a little bored and underchallenged after a while. Unlike all the powder-seekers, as Andermatt is certainly a freeride insider tip! Après Ski fans will not really be satisfied at „Andermatt“. All those however in need of some peace and quiet, and who enjoy topping their day on the slopes off with a cheese fondue at a cosy restaurant, „Andermatt“ is the place to be .

      Too expensive
Day ticket 89.- francs too expensive, for a mediocre ski resort, no comparison to Zermatt, St. Moritz or Arlberg, in the village nothing is going on

      very good, all new
A lot of new lifts, a little bit less choice of mountain stains, well prepared, snow guaranteed due to altitude, a super interesting area overall

Exhilarating downhill with 1500 meters altitude difference!
From 2965m down to 1450m with perfectly groomed pistes in about 15 minutes! This is only available in the Alps at the Gemsstock. Unique and Absolute tip!
