In the winter glittering, snow-blown, sunny slopes and traditional mountain huts let dreams become true. Both in summer and in winter it goes from 630 m with the most modern aerial ropeway up to 3.250 m above sea level on the glacier. Down again on excellently prepared ski runways or in summer on perfect marked moving ways.   Our luxury and best equipped dwellings are only 2 km away from the valley station of the largest skiing area in the Zillertal - the Zillertal Arena. In only a few minutes you can reach the ropeway with the free bus. Close-by there is a cosy Pizzeria and a bourgeois restaurant, reachable in a few minutes. You reach the centre of Zell am Ziller, which is really worth seeing, after a cosy 5 minutes walk.   The furnishings of all apartments, in the castle like Villa, were manufactured in the carpentry of the owner, in perfect quality and according to latest standards. Wooden flooring – suitable also for people with allergies- bright area, King-Size beds-210m and exclusive flair distinguish the equipment. On the ground floor is a ski stand and a ski shoe dryer for our guests at their disposal.   By the way: In the case of reservation of our apartment, one back massage is included in the price – a relaxing experience of a special kind.
