Nestled in the romantic mountain village and climatic spa resort of Galtür, the Rössle offers nature lovers an idyllic summer landscape, enchanting alpine pastures and meadows, waterways and hiking trails to rustic lodges. It is the ideal base for a summer or winter holiday.
The Rössle is renowned for its award-winning à la carte gourmet cuisine, featuring an array of local delights and a touch of international flair, accompanied by fine wines from a well-stocked cellar. All in all, a festival of the senses.

Natural materials and harmonious colours provides a pleasant character for good sensations on 20m². Partly marvelous west balcony with view to the ›Ballunspitze‹ of the majestic mountain world of Galtür.

Living with a lot of love in this rustic elegance held 30m² large room. The comfortable residental corner in tyrolean tradition give this room a relaxed character for good sensations. The marvelous balcony allows to alternatively enjoy the postmidday sun with a phantastic look to the mountain ›Gorfenspitze or to obersve the quiet village core, with look at the ›Gaisspitze‹ and the ›Grieskogel‹ mountains.

A romantically, comfortable 30m² large room in the noble country house style. The upholstered furniture in warm colours creates a cosy residential atmosphere. The panoramic balcony let assume not only the mountains Gaissppitze and Grieskogel to the griffin near, but also observe the activity in the village.

Detached by the everyday life, lean back and enjoy – in a sofa from which you would not like to get up agin. The 30m² large double room in a puristic design with inviting living-room furniture. The clear lines are a true relief for our senses and give a special mark to this holiday nest. And from the marvelous south balcony you enjoy the view of our house mountain, the ›Gorfenspitze‹.

Feel closer to the nature – this offers the 40m² large suite. Freedom and openness guarantee recreation value. The comfortable suite in the noble country house elegance, invites for snuggling and relaxing far away the everyday life. Enjoy the generous foresight balcony with look at the ›Ballunspitze‹ and partially the ›Gaisspitze‹, either with a lot or rather less evening sun.

A residential jewel in the heart of Galtür. Sensuality and beauty in puristic design, these are the messages of this 48m² large suite. The foresight balcony gives a breathtaking view to the majestic moutain world and the ›Gorfenspitze‹ and ›Ballunspitze‹ demonstrate to the griffin near. Lean back and simply take a break.
Our romantic southwards Rössle Suite

Snuggle-corner and marvelous panoramic balcony to southeast – you will love it!
The charm of the generous 40m² large suite is the pleasant elegance. The furniture of spruce as well as the harmonious choice of the materials give a consistent and cosy atmosphere to this lovely suite.
The Rössle Suite can also be booked together with the neighbouring Panorama suite, with which it is connected.
Reside above the roofs of Galtür – Panorama Suite
ca. 85m²
Already with the entry into this 85m² large, inflooded with light suite, you enjoy the undisguised look at the marvelous alp and mountain world. You wish only one thing to do: out on one of the two balconies southwards and waistcoats and enjoying the look to the the imposing Silvretta group. The house mountain, the ›Gorfenspitze‹, as well as the ›Ballunspitze‹ seem to be within easy reach.

We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our food, refined with mountain herbs, so most of our products are regionally sourced. Using the very best ingredients from the “Paznaun” pleasure region, our kitchen team conjures up a pyrotechnic display of pleasure for our à la carte gourmet indulgence board.
A healthy blend of tradition and innovation.
You can also look forward to sampling fine wines from the wide selection in our well-stocked cellar. Wine lovers will receive enthusiastic and expert advice.

Our RESTAURANT RÖSSLE, in the alpine style, emits the feeling for good sensations which offers you in the morning the charming accopaniment for the day and gives in the evening the cosiness which enjoys your quite personally compiled dinner once again so well.
In keeping with the motto: cooking is a passion, enjoyment is an art. Naturally our guests enjoy the benefit of selecting their dishes à la carte.
The PAZNAUNER STUBE with her squaeky wooden floor, its low ceiling height, how it was to be found once, and its historical furnishings ,tells by its 400-year-old history.
Those in the assumed style arranged next rooms offer the same sociability of the uncomplicated naturalness and make hearty Paznauner hospitality in this à la carte restaurant to a wonderful experience.

A place of arrival, to relax, to finish off the day. A place of piquant anecdotes and unusual meetings. Moments of rest, like the sociability, are here in the foreground.
