The Carinthia Appartements are in Mallnitz, in the heart of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern.

Relax in the midst of Austria´s Alps and enjoy the clean and refreshing mountain air!

From spring to winter, feast your eyes on the vivid colourfulness of the surrounding two- to three thousand meter (6500 - 10.000 feet) high mountains!
Mallnitz is also the gate to a guaranteed snow winter!

Carinthia Appartements quiet and sunny location is close to everything: Tauernbad- an indoor swimmingpool with sauna and solarium facilities, village square, Erlebniswelt BIOS- an interactive nature exploratorium, ski- and sportschools, shopping possibilities, bus station and much more!

Our large garden is the ideal place to enjoy the mountain sun, while barbecueing on our wind protected terrace.

We offer you free quest parking, as well as free deck chairs and a heated ski-room, with shoedryer/warmer, where you can store your skiing and sports equipment during your stay.

This is how you live
Your  vacation starts with a stay in one of our comfortably furnished apartments for 2 - 3, 4 - 5 or 6 - 7 people.
Alle our apartments are equipped with: 1 - 3 bedroom(s), 1 - 2  bathroom(s) with bath/toilet or shower/toilet, livingroom with lounge, dining area, kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave, TV, Radio/CD, wireless Internet (bring your own laptop), safe and balcony.
For the little ones we have cribs and chairs available.

Our Carinthia parlour invites you to convivial gatherings in front of our fire place, where you can enjoy yourselves as the evening unfolds.

Dogs are allowed, daily care is possible.

Winter in Mallnitz
In December, Mallnitz and the surrounding two-to threethousand meter high mountains are changing into a beautiful "Winterwonderland" and offers you renowned alpine ski slopes, night skiing, award-winning cross-country tracks, guided ski and mountain tours, beautiful winter footpaths, a four mile illuminated toboggan run, curling, snowrafting, ice-climbing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, ice-skating, indoor swimming-pool, tennis, squash and many more!
The swimming-pool rewards you in any case with waterslides, whirlpool, biosauna, sudatorium and immersion bath!
