Our newly built apartment building in Kaltenbach in the Ziller valley in one of the largest ski and hiking areas and in close vicinity of the ski area Hochzillertal.




So close to the powder snow ... the downhill run of the ski area Hochzillertal only 80 m away,the bottom station of the ropeway just 250 m away.
 
  • Apartments furnished in modern country style, with spacious living areas with larch wood, exclusive bathrooms, spacious double or triple bedrooms.
