The Cross-Country Area
Steg is a small time-honored hamlet of alpine huts with 50 inhabitants at 1'300 m/4'265 ft above sea level. It is the ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. The cross-country paradise is characterized by its pristine beauty. There are four different types of tracks available including a night track.

- The cross-Country skiing area takes you to an elevation of 4593 ft.
- Average snow depth during the season is 41 " at summit elevation and 25 " at base elevation. Snow coverage is usually best during February, offering an average snow depth of 51 " at summit elevation and 32 " at the base.
