The Cross-Country Area
In the ski area Czorsztyn-Ski there is a 5 km long cross-country ski run. The track leads around the mountain Wdżar and is designed for both classic style and skating. The cross-country ski run cannot be artificially snowed and can therefore only be used if there is sufficient snow. If you don't have your own cross-country skiing equipment, you can rent everything you need at the base station of the ski area.
- The cross-Country skiing area takes you to an elevation of 2021 ft.
- Snow coverage is usually best during February, offering an average snow depth of 28 " at summit elevation and 10 " at the base.
Czorsztyn-ski is located about 120 kilometers southeast of Krakow. From there you drive via Myślenice and Rabka-Zdrój to Novy Targ. Then follow the DW969 to Kluszkowce. There are several parking places at the lifts of the ski resort.
