The Cross-Country Area
Kimberley Nordic Club provides its guests with many exciting opportunities to enjoy the snowy landscape. The 30-kilometer (19-mile) long trail network has parts suited for beginners and experts alike and some routes are even paralympic-friendly. The children's program "Jack Rabbits" offers the opportunity for kids as young as four to experience nordic skiing from an ealry age on.
A nighttime trail can also be found in the resort, as well as a biathlon program. Even snowshoeing and touring are possible. The lodge provides washrooms, with a waxing room also available.
- The cross-Country skiing area takes you to an elevation of 4321 ft.
- Snow coverage is usually best during February, offering an average snow depth of 47 " at summit elevation and 0 " at the base.
