The Cross-Country Area
The largest biathlon centre in Slovakia is located in Osrblie not far from Brezno, in the middle of the Slovak Ore Mountains. Since its opening in 1981, Osrblie has regularly hosted international competitions in the Biathlon IBU Cup and also in the Biathlon World Cup. The approximately 600-metre-long cross-country ski trail can be skied in six different variations.
