Welcome to the Lienz Dolomites!
Our cozy house is located in Nikolsdorf at the foot of the Lienz Dolomites about 15 minutes away from the regional capital Lienz.Nikolsdorf has about 9000 inhabitants and is surrounded by woods. From our house you have a great view of the mountains of eastern Tyrol. From here you can easily reach the big east Tyrolese ski resort Kals Matrei and Mölltal Glacier within 40 minutes.
Summer: Our house is the perfect starting point for wonderful hiking tours, biking, motor biking, climbing, gliding and other activities.
Winter: This is the perfect spot for using the gold and silver skipass. You can choose from a great variety of ski resorts: Ankogel, Kals, St. Jakob, Hochpustertal-Sillian, Lienzer Bergbahnen, Goldried Bahnen, Mölltal Glacier. There´S also access to the Dolomites cross country tracks.
