Its studios, two-room and three-room apartments are all equally furnished and offer a high level quality.
Bardonecchia downtown is only at about two minutes’ walk from the Villa and the slopes are 600m away.
Each apartment has an equipped kitchenette, oven, electric plates, fridge, TV, safe, free wi-fi internet, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, basic cleaning equipment.
Bath towels and bed sheets are included; small beds for children are available on request.
Our guests can also use complimentary covered parking spaces, a skiroom with a washing machine, a sauna, a fitness room and a playing area for kids.

One-bedroom apartments with “loft”:
Living room downstairs with kitchenette, double sofa-bed, bathroom. A flight of stairs leads upstairs to an open loft with a double bed and a single bed (three single beds are available on request). Balcony. On the 2nd floor.

DIRECTIONS:
From freeway, take exit Bardonecchia. At the first roundabout, follow direction "Bardonecchia". Go past the little hospital (you'll see a red cross on your right), then turn right. At the roundabout, take the third exit. You'll find yourself in Viale Della Vittoria. After 50 meters You'll see the Residence neon, on your right.
From train station: go straight on, go past the roundabout and along Viale Della Vittoria; after 50m you'll see the Residence on your right.
