The Apartment
Historical hotel dating back from the early 20th century, it was totally renewed and transformed into a residence in 2014. It is composed of 20 apartments (studios and one-bedroom apartments) with modern furniture; the three-storey house has an elevator that takes to the 2nd floor, while the penthouse apartments can be reached by a flight of stairs.
It’s the perfect solution for those who arrive at Bardonecchia by train or look for a mountain holiday with the town services within easy reach.

Rooms
Studios: on the ground floor. One room with kitchenette, one double bed and a double roll-out bed.
Classic One-bedroom apartments: living room with kitchenette and a double roll-out bed; separate bedroom with a double bed (extra bed possible). SOme apartments have a big private terrace. They can sleep 4-5 persons.
Attic one-bedroom apartments: on the top floor, living room and a separate bedroom. They can sleep 4-5 persons. These apartments can be reached by a flight of stairs, the elevator goes up the lower floor.
Two-bedroom apartments sleep 6, with two sleeping areas and a living room.
Guests can use our complimentary outdoor private parking space, ski-room with boot dryer and washing machine.
Pets are welcome, we ask for € 30 / stay for final cleaning.
Getting here
Motorway from Turin to Bardonecchia-Frejus. Take exit Bardonecchia, then follow the main road. Take the second entrance to Bardonecchia, to your right. At the roundabout take the first exit, go past the train station and you'll see the residence on your left.
