The Hero Athlete GS R22 is the ideal weapon for young racers in the junior program who are learning and striving to be at the top level. With four sizes, its structure and sidecuts adapt by size to the level and build of young drivers of all sizes. Construction and geometry are modeled from Rossignol's world cup know-how to perfect the performance of all the heroes in the making.
As with the WC skis the Hero Athlete GS R22 is equipped with the Line Control Technology (LCT) which minimizes ski vibrations for optimal control of the trajectory and unmatched stability. A whole new level of power and precision while driving the line.

LCT TECHNOLOGY
An evolution of World Cup racing innovation, Rossignol's patented LCT construction harnesses pure power and energy, delivering fluid stability in all conditions. Featuring a central "power rail" integrated from tip-to-tail, LCT eliminates counter-flexing of the ski to ensure consistently smooth stability and dynamic control of your line.
RECTANGULAR SIDEWALL
RECTANGULAR SIDEWALL constructions feature a horizontal layering of core materials (wood, fiberglass, metal, etc.) combined with full-length vertical sidewalls to deliver optimized edge grip, precision, balance, and power.
ON TRAIL ROCKER
Adapted rocker at tip only. For easier pivoting on flat skis with a smooth and forgiving feel in the turns. The rise is designed so that once the ski is on its edge, the rocker section resumes contact with the snow, so then the ski works in the turn providing full-length edge contact.
TITANAL
This construction type has been proven in competitions. Fiberglass combined with a titanal layer gives the ski more power, grip and extremely high precision in turns.
ASH WOODCORE
ASH WOOD CORES are dense, durable, and heavy, providing optimized dampness (vibration removal) and stability.
