Fischer Hannibal 106 Carbon (Backcountry Touring Ski 2020/2021)

Product Summary

The Fischer Hannibal 106 Carbon is the perfect tool during both downhill rides and steep ascents. Thanks to its low weight, the ski is easy to master even on longer trips. The Fischer Hannibal 106 Carbon's full retail price is €699.99. The Ski costs roughly €90 more than the average price of all Backcountry Touring Skis, making it an upper mid-range model. Skilled skiers will enjoy both relaxed cruising and pushing the ski to its limit. The Hannibal 106 Carbon is a pure freeride ski. Riding on groomers is no problem but due to its fairly wide waist the ski has a strong bias towards powder runs. Available lengths for the ski are ranging between 171 and 185cm.

The ski in details

For freerider's looking for lightweight powder performance, the modern shape of the Hannibal 106 gives you the ability to float, drift or carve. A massive amount of directional and diagonal carbon fiber, combined with an extended titanal binding plate, not only keeps the weight exceptionally low for effortless ascents, but provides more torsion and power while descending than you'll find in a touring ski.

Performance meets lightness
There's a magic balance of lightweight and performance. With only 1540g at 178cm this lightweight ski guarantees effortless ascents - and thanks to Titanal reinforcements and Carbon Tex - optimal stability on the descent.

The magic of carbon
Extremely strong and light carbon fibres provide special torsional stiffness, stability and best downhill performance.
