Snow is falling over the north, south and west all day long with a low around -4 °C. The east will be partly cloudy in the morning. In the noon, the weather changes, giving way to some snowfall. Plenty of snow is set to fall all day long. Temperatures are not far from normal, but the breeze from the south keeps it from feeling as warm as it could if there were no wind.
