Trail Map Wilmot Mountain

The Ski Resort

Wilmot Mountain´s beginnings date back to 1938 when Walter Stopa first leased the land that is today Wilmot Mountain from a farmer. Eventually he bought the property and Wilmot Mountain became one of the first successful ski resorts in the Midwest being pioneers in snowmaking. Today the resort boasts 54 hectares of skiable terrain with 25 trails designed for all skill levels. Whether you prefer cruising the green runs or if you want to master a black diamond trail, Wilmot Mountain has it all. The resort offers variety of options to have fun in the snow. Test your skills on the mogul run and master the challenges on the way, try  the Snocross course or try some tricks in one of the terrain parks. They are widely known for their progressive features such as rails, boxes and jumps. If you have never stood on skis or snowboard before you should pay a visit to the resort´s award winning Snowsports School. The staff there would love to show you the sport. Take a lesson or two and become a confident skier or rider! Learn from the best and make your on mountain experience an even more fun one!
