The Ski Resort
The Russian ski resort Solnechnaya Dolina is internationally known as Sunny Valley. The best ski crossers meet here regularly for the World Cup.
The offer for skiers is manageable with 8 km of slopes. There are no really difficult slopes, most of them are moderately marked. In addition to the 12 alpine downhill runs, there is also a toboggan run and a cross-country ski run. Highlights for freestylers are the cross-country runs, the fun park and the large halfpipe.
In case Mother Hulda goes on strike here near the city of Miass, slopes can be artificially snowed. All slopes are equipped with floodlights so that skiing is possible until 9 pm.

Getting here
The ski area is located west of the city of Miass. By car it takes about 20 minutes. Parking is available at the valley station.
