Beginners should keep to the "Payday" subarea!

Park City is divided into 7 subareas. We recommend beginners to predominantly stay in the subarea that also forms the entrance to the resort. The green “Drift” and the blue “Payday” trails are little demanding and the green “Homerun” will take even total novices safely back into the valley. The two lifts “First Time Lift” and “Three Kings Lift” in the “Ski Team” subarea were dedicated to novice skiers and boarders. In order to master the many intermediate (blue) carving runs in the “King Kong”, basic skiing skills and some courage are required. The descents in the remoter areas of the ski resort are not recommendable for beginners as they are simply too demanding
